The use of this platform is limited to people who have reached the age of 18 and is intended for adult members to communicate with each other online.

You are solely responsible for any content or information you enter in your profile and any communication with other members. The Ronet.live platform provides members with only the infrastructure that allows communication between members, the creation of profiles and the posting of content.

No responsibility shall be assumed by the Ronet.live upon publication of a member's information, including images published by members. It is the member's duty to decide on what information he wishes to make available to other members or other Internet users, and the Ronet.live reserves the right to exercise editorial control over the profile and content.

Ronet.live does not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of the information published by members. Be careful in your relationships with other members!

Offensive content is prohibited – this includes offensive language content, sexually explicit content, illegal, threatening, libelous, abusive, harmful, bigoted, racial, obscene, or harassment of any kind. You may not post posts with content that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, result in civil liability, or violate applicable local, national or international law or other applicable regulations.

Photos: Public Profile - It is forbidden to post explicit photos on your public profile, including photos visible only to your favorite people.

Photographic content that is publicly visible is still subject to the terms and conditions marked on the photo upload page.

Photos: Private photos - The content of private photos must not contain illegal material that incites violence or antisocial behavior.

Ronet.live reserves the right to delete such content. Ronet.live does not guarantee the adequacy of the private pictures of the members.

It is strictly forbidden to publish content that directly or indirectly alludes to child pornography or that attempts to solicit communication with or on behalf of any person under the age of 18.

Ronet.live reserves the right to delete or remove posts with offensive content, but Ronet.live does not guarantee a specific time during which offensive material will be removed or deleted.

You may not create accounts for other individuals without their written consent. The agreement will be made available to the Ronet.live for consideration and approval/rejection. In case of creating pages for public entities / institutions / companies / etc., the Ronet.live reserves the right to request documents proving that the entity / public institution / company / etc. agrees to be represented by the respective user on the platform Ronet.live

We recommend that you do not post personal contact information on your profile. These include, but are not limited to: email addresses, phone numbers, web, etc. You are responsible for the personal contact information made public.

It is not allowed to disclose the status of your subscription in your personal profile.

Your profile (and all your posts) is open to visit and you can search for the profiles (and all of their posts) of the members registered with the Ronet.live. This feature can allow you to interact with members of the Ronet.live site. By creating a profile Ronet.live you grant Ronet.live the right to use the profile (and all its content) on the sites owned and operated by the Ronet.live

Ronet.live reserves the right to extract the content of the profiles, including the name and photo of the membership and to dispose of them in promotional materials.

1. Account and password details

The member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login data and password.

1. Copyrighted material

It is not allowed to post copyright-protected materials on the Ronet.live platform. These include, but are not limited to: photos, videos, images and text, it is quite possible that we do not delete these materials without a claim of the copyright made by the entity in question by making a written request by email at: ronetsocial@gmail.com

Materials eligible for copyright claim enter the contest for deletion within 30-90 days.

1. Harassment and Disputes

Harassment of members is prohibited, and you agree to stop contacting any other member who asks you to discontinue communication. If you wish, you have the option to "block" any member by selecting the appropriate option on your profile. "Blocked" members will no longer be able to contact you through the site.

Ronet.live shall not engage in any disputes between members and shall not provide any arbitration or settlement services to disputes between members.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that interaction with other members is lawful. Ronet.live warns you that there may be risks of interacting with members acting under false pretense or criminal intent.

Ronet.live cannot control what happens between the members once they decide to meet in person, however if you are faced with behavior that may be considered harmful to the other members of the site, you are asked to contact the Ronet.live with full details, and if it is deemed necessary Ronet.live will warn, suspend or delete the profile of the guilty member. Please note, Ronet.live has no intention or interest to engage in domestic or private disputes between members.

The membership profile of this website may also be visible (if applicable) on other network sites operated by Ronet.live. This substantially increases the accessibility of your profile and your chances of finding compatibility and success.

If your profile becomes one of the most popular on our website, then it can be randomly selected to appear on the main page of the site as one of the "Recommended Profiles". These profiles presented may additionally appear on the websites operated by our media partners, being part of their promotion.

1. Content storage

Ronet.live assumes no responsibility for the deletion or inability to store the content of your posts, including profile details and photos.

1. Privacy for members

Ronet.live will not disclose personal details provided by members that are not publicly displayed on the member's profile (this includes name, email address, contact details) without the prior written consent of the member. The information will only be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws to the extent that such information is requested by the competent authority.

1. Membership, cancellation of membership and refunds

You can register your profile for free and you will have access to most of our gamifications. Donations and sponsorships are part of the gamificationof the Ronet.live platform, perceived in order to have full access to our services and to support them. The subscription is entirely voluntary and you can remain a free member as long as you want.

Ronet.live may change  the gamification dates, options, renewal terms or services to members at any time. The member may cancel his or her membership and/or gamifications at any time. In this case, the subscription gamification is non-refundable depending on the remaining unused period.  Gamification is not transferable from one profile to another.

This service is offered by Ronet.live without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

1. Legality

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Romania, except for conflict of laws or the United Nations Convention on Donation contracts and Sponsorships.

Nullity

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect without being affected or invalidated in any way.

1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the present subject matter, and fully supersedes any written or oral agreements previously existing between the Parties on such a subject matter.
